 I understand dressing a pokemon in accessories. It's cute. But in the middle of drawing this, I couldn't help but wonder, "Why swimshorts of all things? Typically, people wear less clothes when they're going to get wet." But then I figure that Meowth doesn't like water very much, so he's probably not going to go swimming anyway.
